Toddler Life

So, it's here. Toddler-dom. Yes, I know, she's only one, you say. They aren't supposed to become toddler's until they are 15 months. Well, she's there. How do I know, you say. Well, she started really walking recently. She will just truck around like crazy. It's pretty funny. She'll hold things in her hands and walk around while holding them. She also has this strange new awareness of how the world fits together. It was so sudden and weird. Last but not least, she is now getting into things that were not even remotely interesting before. She's still pretty good at listening, but now it takes much more to distract her from her goal. Making a new person is totally baffling. I thought, how will I know when such and such happens and somehow, I just know. Weird.

She's currently chair surfing on the green chair in the study. She likes to climb up there and stand and surf and declaim. I wish I knew what she was trying to say. Whatever she's saying, it's pretty damn funny.
