Ok, it's been almost a month...you're allowed to bitch. I don't have much to say and even less to write. I guess I can empathize with Bleeet in that he feels like no one reads his blog. Well, at least Bleeet has more than three readers. Jesus, even Henry has more!! I shouldn't write for others, I should just shut up and write for myself. In that vein, I am going to post a mass email that my mom sent me and a picture that my friend Jen sent me. On a cheerier note (yes, that's total sarcasm), Don Tarr died this weekend. It was just all of a sudden, no warning. He got back from a jog and just basically collapsed on the floor in his kitchen and that was it. He was one of those amazing people who could really just pull things off whenever we needed him in the theater. I can't even begin to say how many times he has "saved" a show by helping with a set or how many great sets he built - Cabaret was AMAZING!. I lack the non-cheesy words here to truly do him justice. He always had such a positive attitude about things and just made them happen. I wish I could buy a positive attitude, I sure could use one. I took tap with him this year and he worked so hard to just get every little bit out of it that he could. He will be greatly missed. I am amazed at how quickly people can go. Last year, it was Hannah's suicide and this year, Don Tarr suddenly collapsing. Like Uncle Mojo Rising said, "You never know when you are going to do your last show." Make it good kids!
